Thank you for choosing LSHP HUMAN PRODUCTS as your provider of therapeutic and biomechanical footwear. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our products or services.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from making any purchases or using our services.
2. Customized Products
Our products are customized therapeutic and biomedical footwear, manufactured according to individual specifications provided by you (the "Customer"). As these are customized products, they cannot be resold or reused by third parties.
3. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been manufactured and delivered, except as stipulated in Section 4. This includes situations where incorrect or incomplete information has been provided by the Customer.
4. Quality Guarantee and Manufacturing Defects
If a customized product has manufacturing defects or does not meet the agreed specifications, you must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the product. Upon notification, we will evaluate your request, and if the defect or error is confirmed, we reserve the right to:
● Repair the product.
● Replace the product at no additional cost.
Defects will not be considered those attributable to scars or marks on the leather, nor to normal wear and tear of the product, misuse or improper maintenance.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is the Customer's responsibility to provide accurate and detailed information for product customization. We assume no liability for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the Customer.
6. Intellectual Property
The Customer warrants that they have the necessary rights or legal authorizations for any content, images, designs, or text they provide for product customization. We will not be liable for claims related to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement arising from content provided by the Customer.
7. Limits of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any reason is limited to the total amount paid for the purchased product. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or profit.
8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will be conducted in the State of Florida, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
9. Privacy and Use of Data
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the purchasing process will be used exclusively to process your order and improve our services.
10. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting on this website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
